Balloons can pop for no visible reason. Balloons will oxidize quickly when left in the sun and heat. This gives the balloons a matte finish. Exposure to sun or heat will cause balloons to pop – to help prevent this when using outside, please inflate all balloons to 100%, then deflate the balloon, and refill to 80% to allow room for expanding.

Frays and holes on the nubs of balloons are normal and do not affect the balloon.

The 10 foot balloon garland can take between 30 minutes and 2 hours to inflate and assemble. We recommend using a pump with two nozzles and working with another person to get the balloons inflated. Team work makes the dream work!
