The Poppin Peony is based in Williamsburg, VA

The poppin Peony uses high quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup. That being said, indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

Grab and Go garlands are the budget friendly balloon option created and assembled by us but picked up and hung by you. 

Grab and Go garlands can be picked up on Thursdays between 4-7pm. 

Absolutely! You pick the balloon colors, message on the balloons, and tassel colors.
