How to Make Your Christmas Event Pop with a Balloon Garland

Christmas parties are a time for loved ones, good food, and memories that will last a lifetime. If you're responsible for planning a Christmas event, you know that the pressure is on to make it perfect. After all, this is the most wonderful time of the year! Luckily, we've got some tips to help make your event extra merry and bright. One of our favorite things to do is incorporate a balloon garland into the decor. Not only are they festive and fun, but they can also be customized to match your event's specific theme or color scheme. Read on to learn how to make your Christmas event pop with this DREAM TEAM!

Choosing Your Colors

The first step in creating a beautiful balloon garland is choosing the right colors. You'll want to select colors that compliment each other and fit with the overall theme of your event. For example, if you're planning a traditional Christmas party, you might choose red, green, and gold balloons. Or, if you're looking for something a little different, you might opt for pink, red, and mint green balloons like we did at our recent event. Once you've decided on your color scheme, it's time to start prepping for the event.

We used foil candy cane balloons and gift balloons to add some holiday cheer to our garland. You could also add star-shaped balloons, snowflake balloons, or any other type of balloon that fits with your chosen theme. Once all of the desired accents are up, your garland is complete!

The Sipping Southern Mobile Bar is always a great place to hang balloon decorations. They bring their renovated vintage horse trailer and serve the guests a menu of your choosing!  Aster & Bee always knocks it out of the park with her gorgeous floral arrangements and Taken by Taylor Photography brings life to these elaborate designs.
